The Shared Affair team were asked to put together a unique menu for the season finale party of the television hit show “The Celebrity Apprentice” at the Cell Block Theatre in Sydney. Guests included the All Star cast of Sophie Monk, Giano Liano, Tegan Martin, Matt Cooper, Blake Garvey along with high profile celebrities of Mark Bouris and Kerri-Anne Kennerley.
Our service included the 6 canapes listed below, wait staff as well as setup and management of the bar. We were thrilled with how the night went, got to mingle with the celebs and our staff were all filmed for the show. Keep your eyes on Channel 9!
Vodka cured eye fillet
with horseradish crème served on crostini
Olive, sundried tomato and charred-pepper fritattas
topped with Crème fraîche.
8 hours slow roast pulled pork sliders
with apple & cabbage slaw and crispy cos lettuce.
Peking Duck Pancakes
with hoy sin sauce, cucumber and shallot slices.
Prawn cocktails
with cucumber and chipotle marie rose sauce.
